Work with me

Most people come because something isn't working the way it used to - in their body, their performance, or both. Some come knowing exactly what they want to work on. Others come with a general sense that something is off and no clear language for it yet. Both are fine starting points.

If you're not sure where you'd fit, get in touch. A short conversation is usually enough to work out what makes sense.

One-to-one sessions

The most direct way to work together. Sessions are tailored- there's no standard programme, no fixed number. We start where you are.

I work in person in SW Hertfordshire and London, and on Zoom.

Intensive work

For people who want to go deeper - whether that's a concentrated period of one-to-one work, or something more sustained over time. This is where the more significant shifts tend to happen. Get in touch and we can talk about what would fit.

Classes and groups

A Monday class runs weekly on Zoom, 10–11am UK time. Recordings available if you can't make it live. A good way to work regularly if one-to-ones aren't where you want to start.
